Flannery Road (NSW)
This residential project required home modifications throughout the property.
We installed X-Y ceiling hoists in the bedroom over partition wall to provide easy access the the bedroom and bathroom with one hoist.
A custom black powder coated rail system was created to blend in with the black ceiling (LiftAbility can powder coat rails to any colour).
And a ceiling hoist was installed in the therapy room over the spa bath.
All equipment has a 200kg SWL and we installed a flush mounted rail system to create a seamless look.
Mount Vernon (NSW)
This residential project was a comprehensive install of H Systems to two bathrooms with ensuites, and a continuous rail system was installed with H systems connecting therapy rooms, hydrotherapy room, bathrooms, massage rooms and outdoor pool.
Three height adjustable change tables all with matching SWL of 200kg were also installed to match the rail system.
Greenacre (NSW)
A specialist installation by our installers due to fixing requirements using custom brackets all made in-house.
We installed a full X-Y system over an indoor pool with a SWL of 300kg.
Gold Coast Special School, Coomera FKG Constructions
Our installers completed the FKG Constructions project by installing X-Y ceiling hoists to WC’s in classrooms with transition couplings on each side of the room.
These led to a 90 degree bend for transfers from chair to chair to take place on the outside of the room on each side.
Each hoist had an SWL of 350kg, ensuring the safety of students, teachers and carers.
Renaissance Homes - SDA Housing
This project included four bedrooms and two bathrooms being installed with X-Y ceiling hoists, in rail charging and 300kg SWL to meet all of the requirements of the SDA housing project in Canberra.
Coonabarabran (NSW) Paynter Dixon
The 25 room aged care facility was fitted with X-Y ceiling hoists in each room, rated at 255kg. They were attached to steel beams in the ceiling during framing with the traverse beam installed towards the end of the project.
Eight Nomad ceiling hoists will service the 25 rooms so a hoist is not needed in each room, which keeps building costs down.
KingBuilt, Yarram (VIC)
A single rail was installed over the bed with 90 degree bends that take the rail through the doorway and into the bathroom.
The Air350 prop has a self drive motor taking it along the rail at the push of a button, which allows our client to take themselves to the bathroom without the need for carers or trying to transfer themselves into a chair from the bed.
Australian Unity, 114 Albert Road, Melbourne - Hutchinson Builders
This unique project was the repurposing of a tired old office building into the new 15 level, 154 room aged care facility.
We installed a 3 metre straight rail in each room which allows carers to effortlessly move persons from the bed to chair/commode.
